HOA Annual Meeting was 1/16/24 at 7:00 PM at the Westwood Police Station or on Zoom

The special meeting of the HOA on 5/4 covered changes to the bylaws, replacement of the fence along Indiana and joining the Ralston Valley Coalition. 

Bylaw changes: Motion to approve by changes was approved

Fence Replacement: Motion to build a similar wood fence was approved. Special assessment of $374

RVC: Motion to join RVC for a $10 increase in HOA annual dues was approved
